kinesiology

What is it?

Kinesiology and Lymphatic Drainage provides a non-invasive means of diagnosis and treatment. It is a system of natural health care which combines muscle testing with the principles of Chinese Medicine to assess energy and body function, using a range of gentle yet powerful healing techniques to improve health and increase vitality. It can help in overcoming allergies, anxiety, bowel problems, depression, muscle pain, stress and many other common ailments.

Lymphatic Drainage is similar in principle to Kinesiology but the lymph nodes are cleared and activated by stimulation with a small massage machine. The success of this is again endorsed by Kinesiology.

What happens in a session?

After an initial consultation, the Kinesiologist will perform a series of muscle tests which are usually done lying on a couch, fully clothed. Corrections to strengthen the muscles and enhance energy are then given. Sessions take approximately one hour.
